We Created a Linen Closet Out of Nothing!
Let me start out by saying we have ZERO linen closets in our home. Zero. Zippo. Zilcho. Nada. None! In the whole house! Upstairs or down in the basement. None. This was one of the things that irked me most in our home. Where do you put the towels and sheets and blankets!? Well most of it ended up in our closet. And for the girls bathroom we shoved them under the vanity. Was it the ideal situation? No. Did the towels get soaking wet when we had a random leak from the sink drain? You betcha! Then you grout and your project is complete. For the side wall I went with a more traditional mortar process then grouted when cured. This took just over half an hour to lay the tiles and under an hour to grout. Disclaimer:…

Girls Bathroom Part 1
My eldest daughter came to me asking for a bathroom makeover! She stated that she was “bored” of Elsa and wanted something “new like maybe a rainbow?” Although we did not go with a rainbow theme, we did decide it was time to upgrade the outdated builder grade bathroom! Thanks for being here supporting Big Brick Beauty! Ouch. White vanity with yellowed, stained solid marble countertop and brushed nickle pulls and faucet. Frameless dated mirror. Cheap…
